The last regional championships were held at the Southern Arizona Fall Race and the X Zone Championships in Tucson, Arizona last weekend. Drivers from Zone X come from all directions, hoping to win the coveted championship title, but four drivers have reached the top of their respective fields. USEA caught up with every champion and relived their performance in Tucson.
Blue Clover Eventing’s Valerie Vizcarrondo Pride said in a social media post after winning a five-star score in a 5-star event in Maryland: “This week is as important as Paige and Favian as I am, because without her, we are nothing. Described as the hero of Favian, Paige Ansaldi is the five-star groom of Blue Clover Eventing, a full-time student at the University of Maryland, a member of the University of Maryland triathlon team, and she herself is also an active participant.
